Tender chicken in Ranch Seasoning and chili powder cooked with green chiles and white beans for a delicious white chicken chili.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans canned diced green chiles
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans Great Northern white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Canned corn
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 teaspoons Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Diced avocados
Instructions:
  • Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker, dust with Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning mix and chili powder. Layer with onion, green chiles (with liquid), beans, and chicken broth. Mix well, cover, and slow cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker. For a creamy white chicken chili, add heavy cream and heat on high until warmed through and slightly thickened. Serve warm, garnished as desired.
