Ranch seasoned chicken breasts cooked in butter for a deliciously flavorful and easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • To make thinner chicken breasts, sandwich the chicken between two sheets of heavy plastic on a flat surface. Use the smooth side of a meat mallet to pound the chicken to a 3/4-inch thickness.
  • In a large baking dish, lay out the chicken pieces. Brush generously with melted butter on both sides, and evenly coat with ranch seasoning mix. Finish by drizzling any leftover butter on top.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until fully cooked and clear juices appear. Check the temperature with a thermometer - it should read 165°F (74°C). Let it rest briefly before serving.
