Ranch seasoned grilled burgers with onions on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 6 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
  • 6 leaves butter lettuce, or more as needed
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
Instructions:
  • Get the grill or broiler ready for action.
  • Place the beef, seasoning mix, onion, and pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. For extra texture, you can also incorporate bread crumbs into the meat mixture.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 6 juicy patties, each 1-inch thick, using wet hands for a perfect texture. Grill the burgers for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the juices run clear.
  • Top the burgers with crisp, fresh lettuce and ripe tomato slices before serving.
