Elevate your turkey burger with a delicious twist for a juicy, flavorful upgrade!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (20 oz) lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 4 slices (0.7 oz each) Cheddar or pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 burger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine turkey, ranch dressing, and taco seasoning mix in a large bowl. Form the mixture into 4 patties, each about 4 inches wide and 3/4 inch thick.
  • Grill patties over medium heat for 13 to 15 minutes, flipping once, until a meat thermometer reads at least 165°F in the center. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and grill the buns, cut sides down, for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing them on the bottom buns and topping them with the top buns.
