Grilled turkey burgers with ranch seasoning and sweet potato fries - perfect for a simple and tasty gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices toasted bread
  • 1.25 pounds ground turkey thigh meat
  • 0.25 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
  • 6 slices iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pound frozen sweet potato fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Combine turkey meat, yogurt, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 patties of your desired size. Make a 1/4-inch indentation on the top of each patty. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Layer crispy lettuce and juicy burger patties onto each slice of bread.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lay out sweet potato fries on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. Mix thoroughly to coat.
  • Follow the cooking instructions on the package, remembering to shake the pan once halfway through, for a total of 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy your delicious burgers and fries alongside a side of bottled Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing for dipping.
