Protein-packed bread with oat bran and a blend of bread, whole wheat, and soy flour, made effortlessly in a bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 0.25 cup soy flour
  • 0.25 cup powdered soy milk
  • 0.25 cup oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Combine water, honey, canola oil, bread flour, whole wheat flour, soy flour, powdered soy milk, oat bran, salt, and yeast in the bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Select Basic Medium or Regular cycle. Once the cycle is complete, after approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes, take out the loaf from the machine.
