High-protein snack bars, ideal for a quick energy boost or breakfast on-the-go.
Ingredients:
  • 4 scoops chocolate-flavored raw meal powder (such as Garden of Life®)
  • 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together meal powder, oats, peanuts, and raisins until well combined. Stir in almond milk and peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan and firmly press down. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight. Once set, cut into 24 evenly sized bars.
