Whip up a delicious stir-fry in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Pork Belly Roast
  • 4.60 gm peanut oil
  • 350g Singapore noodles
  • 80ml hoisin sauce
  • 60ml orange juice
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 bunch baby broccoli, trimmed, halved
  • 4cm-piece ginger, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Dry the pork belly and place it in a large heavy-based saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 30 mins. Transfer to a plate and let cool for 15 mins. Cut into 1cm-thick strips, then into 2cm pieces. Enjoy!
  • In a wok over medium-high heat, heat oil until shimmering. Stir-fry pork in batches until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Mix hoisin sauce, orange juice, and honey in a jug.
  • Remove excess oil from the wok. Add snow peas and baby broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pork back to the wok along with ginger, bok choy, sauce mixture, and noodles. Continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes. Serve the stir-fry in bowls and garnish with chili.
