Sauté chicken in tangy hoisin- orange sauce with mandarins, green onions, and cashews. Serve over rice.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup orange juice
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped cashews
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, gently coat the chicken with flour.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sizzle the chicken breasts in a mix of olive oil and butter until they're cooked through and juices run clear. Set aside to stay warm.
  • Combine the hoisin sauce and orange juice in the skillet, then deglaze by scraping up the browned bits. Add mandarin oranges, green onions, and cashews. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until all ingredients are heated through.
