Hoisin duck pizzas

Indulge in a fusion pizza with Hoisin sauce, Peking duck, and chili - a taste of China on a slice.
Ingredients:
  • 3 x 22cm ready-made pizza bases
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
  • 250g fresh vegetable stir-fry mix
  • 3 green shallots, trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 360g pkt Peking Flavoured Duck Breasts, sliced
  • Hot chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced, and prepare 2 large baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • Lay out pizza bases on trays. Coat with hoisin sauce. Add vegetables, shallot, and duck. Lightly spray with oil. Bake until golden and crisp. Finish with a drizzle of chili sauce and cut into wedges before serving.
