Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1.5 bunches chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 large fresh jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon chipotle flakes
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, liquid smoke, black pepper, and chipotle flakes until smooth.
