  • 125.00 ml roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 178.76 gm honey
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 300.00 gm pure icing sugar, sifted
Instructions:
  • Fold in chopped hazelnuts gently for a delightful crunch in your cupcakes.
  • Add honey following step 2 for a touch of sweetness.
  • Prepare and bake delicious cupcakes as per step 3.
  • Prepare the icing by gently heating honey and milk in a saucepan. Combine with icing sugar until smooth. Drizzle the icing over cupcakes and let it firm up.
