  • 350g fresh ricotta
  • 42.90 gm honey
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled
  • 8 fresh dates
  • 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, cut into small wedges
  • Extra honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy ricotta cheese and sweet honey in a food processor bowl and blend until silky smooth.
  • Transfer the luscious honey ricotta into a stylish serving bowl and elegantly position it at the center of a grand serving platter.
  • Arrange the strawberries, dates, and rockmelon elegantly around the ricotta on the platter. Finish off with a luscious drizzle of extra honey over the ricotta before serving promptly.
