Honey-cumin baby carrots

Enhance baby carrots with a sweet and spiced twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 bunches baby carrots, trimmed, peeled
  • 40g butter
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 60ml honey
Instructions:
  • Boil the carrots in a large saucepan of well-seasoned water for 5 minutes, or until they are tender. Afterward, make sure to drain them well.
  • Melt butter in a hot pan until foamy. Stir in cumin and cinnamon, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add carrots, drizzle with honey, and cook for 2-3 minutes until fully mixed. Plate and serve promptly.
