Honey peanut peas: Quick and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen sugar snap peas
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup peanuts or pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions:
- In a 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole, combine sugar snap peas and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and microwave on High for 6 to 9 minutes, remembering to stir halfway through, until the peas are crisp-tender. Drain the excess liquid.
- Combine peanuts, butter, honey, and mustard, gently toss to combine. Serve warm.
