Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pecan or walnut halves
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Instructions:
  • Toast pecans in a dry heavy skillet over medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to brown, then stir constantly until golden brown.
  • Lower the heat and add the honey and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot, making sure to stir occasionally.
