Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 small leek, white part only, thinly sliced
  • 500g RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 175g pkt Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base
  • 125ml thickened cream
  • 100g green beans, halved
  • 90g pea
  • 200g white rice
  • 20.00 ml Parsley Flakes
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil and sauté the leek until softened (3-4 mins). Then, add chicken and cook until browned (5 mins), stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the MasterFoods Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base, cream, and beans, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the peas and continue to simmer uncovered for 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Prepare the Sunrice Medium Grain White Rice according to package instructions.
  • Plate the honey mustard chicken and vegetables over the rice, garnishing with a sprinkle of parsley flakes.
