Delicious honey biscuits with cinnamon-sugar topping ready in 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, if desired
  • Prepared cinnamon-sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix Bisquick, cinnamon, and milk until a soft dough forms; vigorously beat with a spoon for 30 seconds. Transfer dough to a surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times.
  • Shape the dough into a 10x8-inch rectangle that is 1/2 inch thick. Cut the dough lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips. Fold each strip in half to create a U shape, then twist the ends to form the bunny's head and ears. Place the shaped bunnies on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Create a small well in the lower circle of dough to cradle cream cheese. Combine cream cheese, honey, and walnuts. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mix for the tail. Dust bunnies with cinnamon-sugar. Bake until golden, 8-10 minutes. Enjoy warm and refrigerate leftovers.
