Indulge in a cozy moment with a steaming mug of decadent chocolate caramel.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 63.13 gm pure cream
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 30g Flake chocolate bar, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently heat sugar with 1 tablespoon of cold water until it boils and turns dark brown. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly pour in cream, then simmer for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously. Add two-thirds of the Flake chocolate bar. Keep stirring and cook for 3 minutes until the milk simmers and is about to boil. Pour the mix into pre-warmed glasses. Sprinkle the remaining Flake on top before serving.
