Master the art of making luxurious, velvety hot chocolate with this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 100g white chocolate baking block, finely chopped
  • 100g milk chocolate baking block, finely chopped
  • 100g dark chocolate baking block, finely chopped
  • 2 litres (8 cups) milk
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • Vanilla marshmallows, to serve
  • Cadbury Bournville cocoa, to dust
Instructions:
  • Distribute the chocolates evenly into heatproof serving glasses.
  • In a large saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it simmers. Take off the heat and pour the hot milk over the chocolate, stirring until it melts smoothly.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Top the hot chocolates with a generous amount of marshmallows, then add a dollop of cream. Finish by sprinkling cocoa or chocolate shavings on top, and serve right away.
