Ingredients:
  • 1 orange
  • 6 cloves
  • 1500.00 ml (1.5 litres) cranberry juice
  • 112.50 gm sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
  • Trim one end of the orange and insert cloves into the peel. Cut a 6cm strip of orange peel and then squeeze out the juice.
  • In a small saucepan, add cranberry juice, sugar, cinnamon stick, orange peel, and clove-studded orange. Gently bring to a boil while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Strain the mixture into a warm cup and enjoy sipping.
