Hot cross bun espresso martini recipe

Elevate your martini with a splash of cinnamon whisky for a festive Easter twist!
Ingredients:
  • 90g Caramilk chocolate
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 60ml (1/4) hot espresso
  • 60ml (1/4) vodka
  • 40.00 ml Kahlúa
  • 40.00 ml Fireball Whisky
  • 8 ice cubes
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
Instructions:
  • Slice 2 thin strips of parchment paper.
  • Combine the Caramilk and cream in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave on High for 1-2 minutes until melted. Stir until smooth, then chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the espresso, vodka, Kahlúa, and Fireball in a small jug, then pour the espresso mixture evenly into 2 martini glasses.
  • Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the Caramilk mixture and shake vigorously until frothy.
  • Pour the Caramilk mixture delicately over the espresso mixture. Place the paper strips in a cross shape over each glass. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then carefully remove the paper. Repeat with the remaining glasses.
