Elevate hot cross buns with whipped honey pecan butter topping for a gourmet twist.
Ingredients:
  • 125g unsalted butter, softened
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped pecans
  • 12 hot cross buns
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Beat the butter using an electric mixer for 5 minutes or until it becomes light and fluffy. Mix in the honey and continue beating until combined. Gently fold in the pecans.
  • Take the buns and slice them in half. Lay the buns cut-side up on a baking tray and grill for about 2 minutes until they are toasted. Serve the buns with a side of butter.
