Whip skim milk into fluffy cold foam for a creamy, velvety topping perfect for cold brew or iced cappuccinos.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup skim milk or almond milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Vanilla Simple Syrup or purchased vanilla-flavored syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee or iced coffee (ordesired amount)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • Mix milk and simple syrup in a small measuring cup.
  • Dip the tip of a milk frother into the mixture.
  • Froth skim milk for 15 to 20 seconds or almond milk for 2 to 3 minutes until foamy throughout.
  • Pour the refreshing cold brew coffee equally into 2 charming glass mugs.
  • Top your coffee with a generous spoonful of cold foam and finish it off with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
