Unique and delicious cake recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 cups diced bananas
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in pineapple with its juice, bananas, and pecans. Transfer the batter to a prepared pan.
  • Bake the cake in the oven for 70 minutes. Let it cool for 20 minutes before transferring it onto a rack or plate. Once cooled, top it with delicious cream cheese icing.
