Indulgent no-bake banana split dessert with graham cracker crust and creamy topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package large marshmallows
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
  • 4 bananas
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by evenly spreading a layer of graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs. Set aside a small portion of the crumbs to sprinkle on top as a decorative garnish.
  • Separate the pineapple from its juice. Combine the marshmallows with the pineapple juice and melt over low heat. Set aside to cool after everything is melted.
  • Dice the bananas and combine them with chopped nuts and crushed pineapple into the cooled marshmallow mixture.
  • Gently combine the fruit mixture with the whipped cream. Transfer the mixture into the pan lined with graham crackers or vanilla wafers. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before serving. Yields 12 to 18 servings.
