S’mores Ice Box Cake

No-Bake S'mores Ice Box Cake: An irresistible dessert with layers of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows topped with hot fudge and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding, cooled completely
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
Instructions:
  • Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap extends up and over all sides of the pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in marshmallow creme.
  • Create layers by spreading whipped cream mixture on the bottom of the pan, layering graham crackers, pudding, whipped cream, and marshmallows. Repeat layering process. Press down on the layers if needed. Finish with whipped cream on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.
  • Uncover the cake by removing the plastic wrap from the top. Invert a serving platter over the pan, flip it over, and remove the pan. Peel off the plastic wrap.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to whip 1 cup of heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Frost the cake with the whipped cream.
  • Place the hot fudge topping in a small microwavable bowl and microwave on High for about 15 seconds until it reaches a drizzling consistency. Drizzle it over the cake and sprinkle the crumbled graham crackers on top. Store the cake in the refrigerator.
