Vanilla ice cream glaze enhances frozen dinner rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen dinner rolls, thawed
  • 0.75 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Place the rolls neatly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt ice cream with butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until sauce is warm and sugars are dissolved, about 5 minutes. Pour over bread dough, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled, about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake until the rolls are beautifully golden brown, approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
