Ingredients:
  • 1L vanilla ice-cream
  • 1L chocolate ice-cream
  • 1L strawberry ice-cream
  • 2 x 30g Flake chocolate bars, crushed
  • 2 x 45g packets Maltesers chocolate, crushed
  • 2 x 50g Violet Crumble chocolate bars, crushed
  • 75g white marshmallows, chopped
  • Hundreds & thousands, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Combine chocolate ice cream and crumbled Flake in a large bowl to allow them to soften. Mix with a wooden spoon until the Flake is evenly distributed. Transfer mixture to a 23cm round spring-form pan, smooth the top with a spatula, cover with foil, and freeze until set.
  • Once the chocolate ice-cream layer is firm, add the vanilla ice-cream and Maltesers to the bowl. Allow them to soften before mixing together until smooth.
  • Take out the chilled pan, scatter Violet Crumble over it, top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, and spread it evenly. Freeze until solid.
  • Add another layer using strawberry ice-cream and marshmallows.
  • Before serving, delicately detach the collar and adorn it with hundreds and thousands.
