Boost your immunity with these frozen tea infusion bombs - choc chai, tummy tonic, and immune booster varieties. Easy to make in ice-cube trays for a delicious and natural sniffle remedy.
Ingredients:
  • Boiling water, to serve
  • 35g (1/3 cup) cacao powder
  • 16 chai tea bags
  • 450ml boiling water
  • Manuka honey, to serve
  • Coconut milk, to serve
  • Cinnamon sticks, to serve
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 35g (1/3 cup) matcha powder
  • 165.00 ml finely grated ginger
  • 350ml boiling water
  • Maunka honey, to serve
  • Fresh lemon slices, to serve
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • 180ml (2/3 cup) manuka honey, plus extra, to serve
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) apple cider vinegar
  • 30.00 ml ground turmeric
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
  • Granny Smith Apple slices, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine cocoa and chai tea bags in a large glass measuring jug, pour in boiling water, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a 14-hole (30ml) ice-cube tray and freeze overnight. To serve, place an ice cube in a cup or mug, pour hot water over it, sweeten with honey and add coconut milk to taste. Garnish with a cinnamon stick before serving.
  • In a large glass measuring jug, combine mint, matcha, and ginger. Pour boiling water over the mixture, stir well, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Remove the bunch of mint and pour the mixture into a 14-hole (30 ml) ice-cube tray. Freeze overnight. To serve, place one ice cube in a tea cup or mug, pour boiling water over it, add honey to taste, and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
  • Combine thyme, honey, vinegar, ginger, and turmeric in a large glass measuring jug. Pour boiling water over the ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove thyme, pour the mixture into a 14-hole (30ml) ice-cube tray, and freeze overnight. Serve by placing one ice cube in a cup, pouring hot water over it, adding honey to taste, and serving with apple slices.
