Ingredients:
  • 150ml sour cream
  • 39.60 gm good-quality mayonnaise
  • 5.90 gm Dijon mustard
  • 40ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 20ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
  • 20ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 40g blue cheese, crumbled, plus a little extra crumbled cheese to serve
  • 1 firm iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Combine garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and blue cheese in a food processor.
  • Pulse briefly until ingredients are just combined, retaining some texture by avoiding over-processing.
  • Lay a lettuce wedge on each plate, generously drizzle with the dressing, then top with chives and crumbled blue cheese for extra flavor and texture.
  • Perfectly complements a juicy steak or serves as an impressive starter.
