Create a delicious Aussie no-bake cheesecake slice using both original and new Iced VoVo biscuits for a unique twist.
Ingredients:
  • 210g pkt Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits
  • 210g pkt Arnott’s Iced VoVo lamington biscuits
  • 6.00 gm gelatine powder
  • 500g cream cheese, at room temperature, chopped
  • 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slice pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, ensuring the paper overhangs the long sides. Place the pink Iced VoVo biscuits on the base of the pan, with the iced-side facing down.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of water and sprinkle with gelatine. Allow it to soften for 2-3 minutes. Microwave on High for 20 seconds or until warm. Whisk the mixture with a fork until the gelatine dissolves. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric beaters until smooth. Incorporate gelatine mixture until well combined.
  • Spread the creamy cheesecake mixture evenly over the biscuit base, ensuring every inch is covered. Place the Iced VoVo lamington biscuits on top, aligning them neatly over the base layer. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours until completely set.
  • Transfer the dish onto a cutting board and slice between the biscuits, wiping the knife clean after each cut for clean slices. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
