Impossibly Easy Chicken Primavera Pie

Quick and delicious Italian chicken pie with frozen asparagus - ready in just 45 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen asparagus cuts, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed, well drained
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Arrange chicken, asparagus, stir-fry mixture, and cheese in the pie plate.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl using a wire whisk or fork until well blended, then transfer the mixture into the pie plate.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
