Whip up quick and flavorful Indian-spiced grilled chicken with only six ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 102.30 gm Pataks tandoori paste
  • 125.00 ml plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 650g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
  • 450g Basmati rice
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
Instructions:
  • Mix together tandoori paste and 2 tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate, ideally.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove and place on a plate, then cover with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl and mix in the cucumber and coriander. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Present the chicken alongside the rice salad and any leftover yogurt for a delightful meal.
