Tender Instant Pot® Mississippi pot roast with zesty pepperoncini, ranch, and onion flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 3.5 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 3 or 4 chunks
  • 1 stick butter
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers and juice
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
  • Add the beef to the multi-functional pressure cooker along with the ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, butter, pepperoncinis, and juice. Pour in the broth.
  • Securely seal the pressure cooker lid, choosing high pressure as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Set the timer for 110 minutes and patiently wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.
  • Let pressure naturally release following the manufacturer's guidance, for 10 to 40 minutes.
