Effortlessly whip up a crowd-pleasing Instant Pot Buffalo chicken dip using frozen chicken, Sriracha, ranch, and cheese for a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) frozen chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup sriracha sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Add chicken breasts and broth to your Instant Pot. Seal the lid, select high pressure for 10 minutes, and allow pressure to build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the natural-release method for 10 minutes. Then, carefully use the quick-release method according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid before transferring the chicken to a bowl to shred.
  • - Turn on the Sauté function. - Combine cream cheese, Sriracha, ranch dressing, chile-garlic sauce, and shredded chicken in the pot. - Gradually add Cheddar cheese while stirring until everything is melted and mixed well. - Keep warm until serving time. - Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
