Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml good freshly ground coffee
  • 62.50 ml whisky
  • 2-18.00 gm sugar
  • thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Combine 2 tablespoons of high-quality freshly ground coffee with 1 1/2 cups of boiling water in a coffee plunger. Stir thoroughly and let it sit for 5 minutes. Finally, press down the plunger to enjoy your delicious coffee.
  • Divide 1/4 cup of whisky between two serving glasses. Pour coffee into each glass and stir in sugar to taste, using 2-4 teaspoons.
  • Delicately pour the thickened cream over a spoon into the coffee and serve it promptly.
