Elevate tuna with vibrant mixed vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (19 or 15 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans or 1 can (16 oz) navy beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (6 oz) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans, cooked, rinsed with cold water
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie or fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • Lettuce leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, excluding the lettuce. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • When ready to serve, arrange a bed of crisp lettuce in a beautiful serving bowl and generously spoon the vibrant salad on top.
