Whip up a flavorful bison meatloaf with Parmesan, Italian breadcrumbs, and marinara sauce for a delicious Italian twist. Perfect for feeding the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground bison
  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar marinara sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for our dish.
  • Mix together bison, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a large bowl. Gently stir in 1 cup of marinara sauce. Shape the mixture into an 8x4-inch loaf in a pan using damp hands. Pour the remaining marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until golden brown. Allow it to rest for approximately 20 minutes before slicing.
