Elevated classic BLT with a modern twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 8 Italian-style crusty bread slices
  • 8 green oak lettuce leaves or red oak lettuce leaves, washed, dried, torn
  • 2 tomatoes, thickly sliced
  • Neil Perry Fresh aioli dressing, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Lay out the prosciutto on a non-stick baking tray and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden. Toast the bread on both sides until golden under the grill.
  • Assemble the lettuce and tomato on one half of the toasted bread, then add the prosciutto pieces and a spoonful of aioli. Enjoy right away with the other half of the bread on top.
