Delicious roll-ups made with flavored tortillas filled with cream cheese, bacon, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes - perfect for a quick and tasty meal or snack!
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 3 spinach- or tomato-flavored flour tortillas (9-inch diameter)
  • 1 cup chopped seeded Italian plum tomatoes (about 3 medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon in a small bowl until fully mixed.
  • Evenly spread the mayo mixture over the tortillas. Layer with plum tomatoes and lettuce and tightly roll up. Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch-thick pieces before serving.
