Savory Italian-style popcorn with Parmesan, herbs, and garlic salt - a quick and tasty movie night treat.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons unpopped popcorn
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, mix popcorn and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Cover and cook over high heat, shaking the pan continuously until the popcorn is popped and the lid starts to lift, approximately 5 minutes. Transfer the popcorn to a spacious serving bowl.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of succulent olive oil over freshly popped popcorn. Sprinkle it with fragrant Italian seasoning and garlic salt, giving it a delightful toss to coat each kernel. Blend in the rich Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
