Grilled ribeye steaks seasoned with fresh herbs, balsamic vinegar, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 10 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 (10 ounce) boneless beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Instructions:
  • Combine garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, salt in a mortar and mash into a coarse paste. Mix in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white pepper until well combined. Reserve half in a separate bowl. Spread the rest over the steaks and let marinate for 1 hour.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the steaks for 7 minutes, flip, and generously brush with the flavorful herb mixture. Cook for another 7 minutes for medium-well doneness or until preferred.
