Italian rolled omelette: visually stunning and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 75g plain flour
  • 250g soft goat's cheese
  • 5 slices prosciutto, torn
  • 2 roasted capsicums, chopped
  • 250.00 ml basil leaves, torn
  • 55g olive
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs until fluffy and light in color, gently fold in flour, then season the mixture. Transfer to the pan and bake for 10 minutes until it puffs up and turns golden brown.
  • Lay a sheet of baking paper on a damp tea towel. Carefully flip the hot omelette onto the paper. Roll up the omelette with the help of the towel, then let it cool.
  • Lay out the omelette, generously spread goat's cheese, layer prosciutto, capsicums, basil, and olives. Roll it up to seal the flavorful filling inside, slice, and enjoy with a side salad.
