Savor the flavors of Italy with this one-skillet meal featuring beans, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and turkey.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olive
  • 2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, sauté basil and garlic in oil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Incorporate all remaining ingredients and continue to cook, stirring often, until heated through.
