Quick and easy Italian-style roasted baby potatoes, perfect for a speedy side dish while your main course cooks.
Ingredients:
  • 24 baby potatoes, scrubbed and halved
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cozy up a baking dish or rimmed sheet with foil.
  • In a big resealable plastic bag, combine halved potatoes with olive oil and Italian dressing mix. Seal the bag and shake well to ensure all potatoes are evenly coated. Then, transfer the potatoes to the baking dish.
  • Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender.
