Get ready for a spooky and fun twist on classic potato chips - Halloween-themed homemade spuds for the kiddies' party!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large Red Royale potatoes
  • 2 small gold sweet potatoes
  • 9.20 gm Classic Olive Oil
  • 1.25 gm Mexican seasoning
  • Reduced-fat sour cream, to serve
  • Coles Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220°C and lay out two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Slice the potatoes and sweet potatoes into 1cm-thick slices using a large sharp knife. Use a small round cutter and a small sharp knife to cut out eyes and mouths from the slices. Place them in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with Mexican seasoning, and gently toss to combine. Arrange in a single layer on the lined trays.
  • Bake the chips for 20-25 minutes, turning and swapping trays halfway through, until golden brown and tender. Let them cool slightly before serving.
  • Present the chips on a platter alongside sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
