Jaffa Nutella fudge

Indulge in decadent Nutella chocolate orange fudge.
Ingredients:
  • 180g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 225g (3/4 cup) Nutella
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 0.60 gm sea salt flakes
  • 340g pkt Allen’s Jaffas
  • 60g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Prepare a square 20cm cake pan by lining it with plastic wrap. Melt milk chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted. Add condensed milk, Nutella, orange rind, and salt, stirring until combined.
  • Crush one-third of the Jaffas in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. Mix them into the Nutella mixture. Spread the mixture into the pan and top it with the remaining whole Jaffas.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until firm, then cut into 24 pieces. Place on a lined baking tray, drizzle with melted dark chocolate, and chill for 15 minutes until set.
