Delightful chocolate banana smoothie for happy kids.
Ingredients:
  • 2 frozen peeled bananas
  • 40.00 ml raw cacao
  • 20.00 gm rolled oats or oatbran
  • 20.00 ml LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
  • 125.00 ml Low Fat Greek or Fat Free yoghourt
  • 500 ml milk
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 1/4 -2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • Extra cinnamon, to serve
  • Banana slices, extra, te serve
Instructions:
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until the banana is roughly chopped.
  • Blend on high for 15-20 seconds until silky smooth. Divide the smoothie evenly into two glasses, then garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and banana slices to elevate the flavor profile.
