Quick and easy fruit yogurt appetizer from Betty Crocker's Heart Healthy Cookbook. Ready in 15 minutes, a delightful and healthy treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yoplait® vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange or lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons orange or lemon juice
  • 1 pint strawberries, (2 cups), sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 medium kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, orange peel, and orange juice in a small bowl. Set aside for later use.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and serve with the yogurt mixture.
